Patent Attorney, Carr & Ferrell

Carr & Ferrell's Intellectual Property Practice Group is seeking a Patent Attorney with 2+ years of patent experience. The ideal candidate will have:

Interest in patent prosecution, strategic planning, and client counseling;
Technical background and Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or computer science;
Patent preparation and prosecution experience in a law firm setting;
Excellent academic qualifications and premium written and verbal communication skills;
Admission to the CA State Bar and registration with the USPTO.
