Job Details and Requirements

The San Francisco office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is currently looking for a Trademark Paralegal to work with the Trademark/Copyright Practice. Prefer domestic and international trademark prosecution and clearance experience, including experience maintaining responsibility for large and varied trademark portfolios.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years trademark prosecution and copyright experience and some litigation experience. Strong work ethic and client relations skills needed. Candidates must have a four year college degree, paralegal certificate or appropriate signed declaration from an active member of the California Bar. Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail.
