Call for Papers:
USF Intellectual Property Law Bulletin

The University of San Francisco’s Intellectual Property Law Bulletin cordially invites the submission of articles and essays of a legal and scholarly nature. The articles will be published in the Fall 2004 Edition of the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin. The deadline for submission is September 12, 2004. Articles received after that date, however, will still be considered for the Winter 2005 edition. The Bulletin is mailed to subscribers in the Bay Area legal community, as well as to law schools around the nation.

We are currently soliciting articles or essays addressing legal issues in the following areas:

  • Cyberspace Law
  • Bio Law
  • Trademarks
  • Copyright
  • Patents
  • Trade Secrets
  • Antitrust
  • E-Commerce

To be considered for publication in the University of San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Bulletin, manuscripts should be submitted by email to bbinket@usfca.edu, and in hard copy, accompanied by a copy on disk in Microsoft Word format, to the following address:

All submitted manuscripts should be double-spaced (20 pages minimum-30 pages maximum) and contain appropriate footnotes. Citations must conform to either the Bluebook or ALWD systems of citation. Include author’s name, address, telephone number, and professional background. Manuscripts will not be returned, unless expressly requested by the author.
